Upcoming Utility Bill Changes


Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, late fees and interruption of service for non-payment are temporarily suspended. If you are unable to pay your bill, or are in need of a payment arrangement, please call us at 805-986-6524 as soon as possible.

As a reminder, effective May 2020, we are switching to monthly billing. This bill will also reflect the water rate changes approved by City Council in February 2020. In conjunction with these changes, billing statements are now due upon receipt. Even though bills are due immediately, a 30-day grace period will be given before late fees are added.

Debido al pandémico de COVID-19, por el momento la ciudad de Port Hueneme no estará cobrando multas y recargos o interrupción de servicio de agua por falta de pago. Si no puede pagar su factura o si necesita un plan de pago, favor llame a 805-986-6524 para evitar la interrupción de los servicios.

Comenzando en Mayo 2020, su factura de agua será enviada cada mes. Los cambios de tarifas de agua que fueron aprobados en Febrero 2020 también se aplicaran comenzando en su factura de Mayo. Empezando en Mayo su factura de agua va ensenar que se necesita pagar inmediatamente, pero no se cobraran recargos o multas asta el 30 dias después de la feche de vencimiento.
