FPPC Filings

The California Political Reform Act regulates Campaign Finance, Financial Conflicts of Interest, Lobbyist Registration and Reporting, Post Governmental Employment, Political Mass Mailings at Public Expense and Gifts and Honoraria given to Public Officials and Candidates.  The Fair Political Practices Commission (FPPC) is the agency that provides guidelines and adopts the regulations that implement the Act. Candidates, Committees, Elected Officials, Appointed Officials and Governmental Agencies are required to file disclosure forms on financial interests to provide transparency and ensure accountability to the public. ​
