Set Up Online Access
 
  • Click on the Click2Gov image located in the left margin of this page.
  • You must have an email account. If you don’t have an email account, free email account services are offered through Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, or Gmail.
  • Find your recent utility bill.
  • With the utility bill you are going to create a PIN by filling out the required fields:

       Account # (exactly as it appears on your bill)
       Cycle-Route (exactly as it appears on your bill)

  • After completing the form, press “SUBMIT”. This will verify your information and send you a verification email.
  • Go to your email account mailbox and open the verification email.
  • In this email write down your PIN in a secure place and follow the provided link to SIGN ON.
  • Fill in the Account # (located on your utility bill) and the new PIN that you received in the verification email.

Make a Single Payment

  • Click on the Click2Gov image located in the left margin of this page.
  • Log in using your Account # (located on your utility bill) and your secured PIN.
  • Click on the “PAY NOW” Button located on the left side of the page.
  • Enter the Payment Amount, then click “CONTINUE”.
  • View any additional Charges, then click “CONTINUE”.
  • Confirm current charges, if correct, click “PAY NOW”.
  • Enter credit card and personal information, click “CONTINUE”.
  • Verify transaction overview, click “COMPLETE TRANSACTION”.

Make a Recurring Payment with a Check or Credit Card

  • Click on the Click2Gov image located in the left margin of this page.
  • Log in using your Account # (located on your utility bill) and your secured PIN.
  • Click on the “AUTO PAY” Button located on the left side of the page.
  • Click on the “ENROLL” Button located on the left side of the page.
  • Choose an item from your billfold either “OTHER ACH” for payment with a checking account or “OTHER CC” for payment with a credit card.
  • Enter the routing number and checking account number for a payment with a checking account
  • or
  • Enter credit card and personal information, click “CONTINUE”.
  • Click on the “ACCEPT” square.
  • Click “OK”.
