1. How do I get a copy of my driving record?

Driving records are maintained by the California Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV). To obtain a certified copy of your driving record, contact DMV at 800-777-0133, 4050 South Saviers Road, Oxnard, CA 93033.

2. How do I get a copy of an accident report?

For a copy of an accident report, please contact the Records Division at (805) 986-6530 or come by the Police Department between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Please allow 5 business days for reports to be completed.

3. If my keys are locked in my vehicle, can the Police Department open my vehicle for me?

No, however, the City of Port Hueneme Police Department will assist you in obtaining the services necessary, such as certified locksmith or tow company who will unlock your vehicle.
