The Technical Services Division maintains the electrical, instrumentation, automated process controls, and computer programming for the Utility Services Department and its associated Divisions.

Responsibilities include the beach parking machines, the City's water wells, wastewater pump stations, PHWA water treatment facility, and NBVC Port Hueneme and Point Mugu wastewater stations.

The Technical Services Division is also responsible for the maintenance and operation of the Utility Services Department computerized Maintenance Management Program and automated fuel dispensing system.
