| About Us This department is responsible for processing and maintaining all financial transactions of the City of Port Hueneme, Redevelopment Agency, Housing Authority, Port Hueneme Water Agency, and Surplus Property Authority. These transactions include accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger accounting, employee payroll, and enterprise accounting for the Water/Sewer/Solid Waste Departments, debt service, and budgetary accounting. The Finance Department also provides analysis and financial history to all departments for fiscal planning and operation. The Finance Director is also the City Treasurer and Risk Manager. |
