Reception/Counter Services

City Hall Reception/Counter Services is an integral aspect of Community Development's Administration. Administration plans and manages the Department and its activities including the City’s Surplus Property Authority and Redevelopment Agency. A variety of specialized functions are performed by this Division including administration of the City’s franchises, concessions, and economic development programs. Administration provides bilingual City Hall reception, counter services, and issuance of miscellaneous documents including bus passes, animal licenses, garage sale permits, vehicle releases, and beach/neighborhood parking passes. The Division serves as the ex-officio member to the Port Hueneme Chamber of Commerce and acts as primary liaison with the commercial Harbor District.
